So, figured my intercooler wasnt up to the task so i bought this neat unit, supposably flows well and measure 130mm thick!! Now to cut some vents into the new front bar to jam the air in. (alloy air diversion plate still sits on top of the intercooler but is not in pic)

Your 180sx will be so much more WIN once you get it back on the road.
At this point, I'm not sure when mine will be due to some front suspension issues...
hey what kind of brand is that bumper? i think i have the same.. but i don't know for sure..
Its just a Type X FRP copy version, will run a factory plastic one with a lower front lip after i bust this one.
How did u created the head light bracket??
