These diffusers work really well, Jake its made from core flute sign plastic, its flexible, strong and very very light. It adds a heap of strength to the front bar, 180sxs are prone to cracking the guards when the front bar ploughs into something, the diffuser helps this by adding lower support to it. Also aids the cooling by directing airflow, thanks for the comments
